For 20 years Dr. Bagnulo has helped individuals attain a higher level of health and fitness. His approach is based on his understanding of human physiology, the nutritional properties of countless foods, and the uniqueness of an individual’s ecosystem. No two people are alike. The food habits that enable one person to survive may not support the efforts of another. Contrary to popular belief, it is not a one-size-fits-all.
That being said, human metabolism should however be predominantly fat based. Most people never truly tap into their body’s ability to burn fat. It takes a significant shift in the way we eat and the way we train to do this. It is not painful and it is not about deprivation. It is about rethinking how you look at being biologically compatible with your lifestyle.
